Originally from the West Country, I now live in Hertfordshire with my husband and our 2 crazy children, George and Alfie.
My photography journey began quite a while ago, back when I was a young teenager. From the age of 14, I began having an interest in photography. In particular, equine photography. This soon progressed to portraits and weddings and I truly fell in love with the art
Although I had always planned to become a photographer, life hadn't always worked out that way to begin with.
I began working in the childcare sector before having my children but my love for photography never wavered. In my spare time I would often photograph friends and family at their events such as parties, weddings or of the family or new addition.
Although I am not formally trained in photography, I have invested a lot of time and money into developing the knowledge and experience I have from years of photography as a hobbyist. I have attended many training courses and have also attended first aid and safeguarding courses as well.
After years of photography as a hobbyist, I ventured into the big scary world of self employment in the middle of a global pandemic and that's what's lead me to where I am today.
I am now an award winning portrait and wedding photographer doing what I love for a living. I'm extremely passionate about what I do and every session or wedding is super important to me and I'm always so grateful to be a part of capturing your special moments.
